Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
All Cables are made to order to the specifications of the customer at time of purchase. please be sure you have the cable built exactly the way you want it. since these cables are made to order exchanges or alterations to cable will not be an option. 

Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds or returns. 

 

Cancellations. 

Unlike a Group buy Purchase these cables are made to order specifically for the customer. BUT there is a window of time to cancel. You may Cancel your order within 48 hrs of the time the order was placed. After 48hrs your order will no longer be eligible for cancelation
